Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris from Rotalier, Jura, France.
Taste Profile: Fresh yet balanced, displaying succulent stone fruit with a backbone of citrus. Minerality shines through, creating an aromatic yet refreshing experience.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested fruit vinified with minimal intervention and no added sulphites, in keeping with the estate's natural winemaking philosophy.
Winemaker: Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of a winemaking family in Rotalier dating back to 1650. He learned at his father's side from 1982 to 1989, trained in Burgundy with Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, then returned home in 1998 to convert the family estate first to organic farming and later to biodynamics. By 2006 he had eliminated sulphur from the cellar entirely, and today Domaine Ganevat farms just 9 hectares but cultivates 25 grape varieties, producing 35-40 different cuvées a year that have made him one of the most influential and widely imitated names in natural wine.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
