Description
Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi DOC

100% Cortese. The grapes come from Villa Spainra's estate vineyards in the municipality of Gavi. The vineyards have clay and marl soil compositions, are mainly south or south-west facing and sit at an altitude of 250–300 metres.
Hand-harvest and soft crushing of the grapes. Fermentation for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
We love ourselves a good Gavi but adore unusual whites made with indigenous grapes too! Check out Baia’s Wine Krakhuna White 2020.
