Domaine Maurice Tremblay Chablis 2023
A Chablis lineage stretching back to 1850, now carried forward by two sisters.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from vineyards around Beine in the Chablis appellation of Burgundy, France, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to let the fruit and terroir shine through.
Taste Profile: Fragrant aromas of white flowers, green apple and citrus. Clean and bright on the palate, with flavours of lemon, pear and a hint of sea salt, closing in a long finish with a touch of flinty minerality.
Winemaking Process: Minimal intervention in both vineyard and winery, allowing the grapes' natural flavours and the region's chalky soils to express themselves with as little interference as possible.
Winemaker: Around 1850, Maurice Tremblay and Honoré Geoffroy began planting vines around Beine in Chablis. Two generations later, Alain Geoffroy expanded the vineyards and carried on the family style, and today the estate is helmed by his two daughters, continuing a winemaking tradition now over 170 years old.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day

Otherwise, we provide a cheaper Standard Delivery option that would have your wines delivered within 3 business days

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
