Refund policy

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).

We pride ourselves on delivering the perfect condition of wine to you, our Coterie. Rest assured, our professional tongue testers put themselves out there to ensure we only select the highest quality of wines to stock. In the rare instance you receive a bottle that doesn’t seem quite up to par, we are more than happy to replace the bottle or refund your money, whatever you choose!

Exchanges due to corked wines or damaged products

Simply contact us at contact@boundbywine.com within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).

Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.

Refunds due to wrong wines purchased or change of mind

If you purchased the wrong label or have a change of mind, refunds would be offered based on the following options, and you would be required to return the wines at your own cost.

Store credit that can be used for subsequent purchases
Refunds subject to existing costs incurred

Credit card charges - An approximate of 3.5% would be deducted from your order value
Deliver charges - $15 will be deducted for each failed delivery

Refunds & cancellations for Cheese & Charcuterie Boards

In the case of cancellations notified 7 days or more, BoundbyWine will provide a credit note to use at a later date.

In the case of a cancellation notified 6 days or less notice, BoundbyWine will retain the full amount paid

In the case of postponements notified 1 day or more, orders can be postponed within a 30 day window of the original order date

Abuse of Return & Refunds Policy

If boundbywine reasonably believes a customer is abusing our Wine Goodness Gurantee, we reserve the right to refuse that request for refund or return.
