Shipping policy
We at BoundbyWine try our very best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We use the following shippers for fulfillment
- Air-Conditioned Delivery Vans for our standard deliveries
- Lalamove for our same day or urgent deliveries
Standard Delivery
Just spend $200 and delivery is FREE! Else a $20 delivery fee will be charged upon checkout. A failed delivery will incur an additional $20 delivery charge.
Typically, we try our best to provide next day delivery for orders made before 12pm, but it could take up to 3 business days to deliver your order. This would be dependent on order quantity and types of wines

Please note that the above table does not account for public holidays, which would add an additional day to the delivery timeline
Unless otherwise requested, we typically arrange deliveries between 6-10PM for residential addresses, and 10-3PM for corporate addresses.
Our delivery timeslots are
- Tuesday - Sundays: 2-6PM, 6-10PM
- Mondays & Public Holidays: No deliveries
Our logistics works in the following manner:
- We consolidate the items for your order at our Storefront across the various warehouses that we operate in
- Once ready, our logistics team will pickup the wines from our storefront before each delivery slot
- You will be informed by email of when your order is en route
In the case of failed delivery, re-delivery attempts
- Will incur a $20 delivery fee, unless the failed delivery is caused by us or our logistics provider
- Re-delivery attempts will be arranged once we have recieved your payment for the re-delivery
In the case of the need to change or update delivery addresses, please let us know as soon as possible. We would not be able to change delivery addresses after the order has been shipped out, and would not be responsible to retrieve the items once delivered
Same Day & Urgent Delivery
Same day & urgent delivery is available from Tuesdays to Sundays, between 12-9PM. This is conditional on having the required quantity at our Storefront, and orders would be delivered within 4 hours of order
When checking out, please select Local Delivery to receive same day delivery
A failed delivery will incur a re-delivery charge at the going Lalamove delivery rate
The rates for same day & urgent delivery are:
- $25 for deliveries within 20km of our Storefront
- $35 for deliveries beyond 20km of our Storefront
Should you hit $200 in order value, $15 will be waived from the delivery fee
Cheese & Charcuterie Platters
These are done in partnership with our sister brand, Barely Aged. The shipping rates follow their shipping policies
- Free delivery for orders above $200, otherwise a $20 delivery fee
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are delivered as per your subscription frequency. If you are an existing subscriber with us, additional orders would be delivered with your next delivery.
In Store Pickups
For pickups in store, please refer to our store operating hours, which can be found here
If all items are available at our storefront, pickups can be made within 1 hour of purchase, subject to operating hours
If items need to be transferred from the warehouse to our storefront, pickups can be made within 2 business days of the order
