Orange Wine
How do you make orange wines? Well, you mash up white grapes, and put them in a vessel together with the skins & seeds, and voila! The addition of the seeds especially causes them to taste different from regular white wines, and often have a slight tart sour taste & nuttiness from oxidation. Robust, bold, honeyed, while being big, dry with slight tannin & sourness, they're often intense. Read up more here!
