All d’Arenberg estate owned and leased vineyards are NASAA Certified for organic and biodynamic processes. This natural and environmentally friendly philosophy encourages strong root systems that penetrate the soil, resulting in lively tannin structures, soil characters and fine minerality. These practices also ensure that yields are kept low with concentrated flavours and excellent natural acidity.
Canaan Winery
Canaan Wine Estate is a top-quality Chinese winery in located in Huailai, Hebei Province in central Northern China. The winery was founded in 2006 by Cher Wang, the founder of HTC technology and daughter to Wang Yung Ching the second richest man in Taiwan. Canaan farms over 1,000 hectares of vineyards, making it the largest single grape grower in China.Â
Lethbridge Wines
Maree Collis and Ray Nadeson are not your average winemaker/owners of a boutique winery. Both were initially trained as research scientists and hold PhD degrees in chemistry and medicine, respectively. Mid career they made the decision to pursue their alternate passion and together with friend Adrian Thomas established Lethbridge Wines in 1996.
