Sartori Prosecco Brut "Love Story" DOC NV
Named for a family's decades-long bond with their own land, not a marketing gimmick.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Glera, from vineyards grown on clay-calcareous alluvial soil in Veneto, Italy. "Love Story" is the name Sartori gives to its own connection to the land — a heritage passed down through generations of the Sartori family, and reflected here in an accessible, everyday interpretation of the great Veronese winemaking tradition.
Taste Profile: Straw yellow with light green hues. The nose reveals a delicate, fruity bouquet reminiscent of wild apples and acacia flowers, while the palate offers citrusy notes with orange blossom and stone fruit. Fresh citrus and floral notes give it a crisp, refreshing finish with a lingering, elegant scent, and tiny, persistent bubble streams lend the wine a smooth, clean cut. Excellent as an aperitif, and equally good with fish, fresh fruit or pastries.
Winemaking Process: Grapes are harvested around mid-September and undergo soft pressing before fermentation at controlled temperature using the Charmat method.
Winemaker: Sartori di Verona has been a family-run winery in the Valpolicella hills north of Verona since the tail end of the 19th century, when Pietro Sartori began making wine there. The estate has stayed in family hands across generations since, building its reputation on the region's traditional appassimento method — drying grapes to concentrate sugar and flavour — the same technique behind both this Recioto and the estate's Amarone.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
