Taste Profile: This wine shows a pale yellow color with green reflections that denote its youth with lively effervescence. On the nose, it has frank and fresh aromas, specially white fruits (green apple, stone and tropical fruit). On the palate it is full, intense, refreshing and fruity

Winemaking Process: The wine aged on lees for 3 months before undergoing Charmat method secondary fermentation.

Youthful & Spritzy Sparklings

Light, citrus driven & fun, a lot of these sparklings tend to have floral or tree fruit aromas like green apples. In more crisp styles, they are often more floral or citrus driven, and can be slightly sweet in more apple or pear driven fizzante styles
