Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Welschriesling from the steep hillsides of Styria, Austria. The fruit comes from parcels on "Opok" soils - a unique mixture of limestone & clay
Taste Profile: Dominated by lemon, green apple, and aromatic floral notes, with a hint of flint and smokiness. On the palate, it is high tension and "prickly" acidity with lime zest and a saline (salty) finish
Winemaking Process: Spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts in open oak vats. Matured for 18 months to 2 years in used oak barrels

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
