Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Palomino from Andalusia, Spain. Hailing from the historic Maina vineyard, planted on albariza de barajuelas soils
Taste Profile: Powerful floral aromas and an unexpected minerality, complemented by a subtle hint of yeast. On the palate, its presence is remarkable; its structure offers a perfect balance between body and acidity, culminating in a savoury and lingering finish
Winemaking Process: Manual harvest, fermentation with indigenous yeast in old butts of 500lt. Matured in old butts (70-150 years old) of 500-1.000 litters. Soft filtration and no fining. Little sulphur added at bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
