The "LED Dream Yeast" used in the brewing is a kind of yeast that mutates by irradiating with various LED lights, and it is a rare species only used in sake breweries in Tokushima Prefecture. High acidity and a sweet aftertaste, reminiscent of tropical fruits like pineapple. At the same time, the well-balanced aroma is reminiscent of white wine and citrus fruits.

Junmai Ginjo Sake is brewed using only rice, water, yeast and koji. There are no other additives. To qualify as a Ginjo, the rice grain must be milled to 60% or less of it’s original size

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
