Æblerov
The founders were then two happy wine waiters studying food science at the University of Copenhagen. We both dreamed of making wine. But since they were far from vines and south-facing slopes, in a country where the climate gives them some of the world's best apples year after year, it made more sense to throw themselves into the cider. Only problem: they didn't have any apples.
Katarzyna
Katarzyna Estate produces the highest quality organic Bulgarian wines, with over 300 awards under their belts. The estate is located in the most southern part of Bulgaria, a region with the longest duration of sunshine (over 3000 hours per year) in Bulgaria. The region is extremely favourable for growing vines and is on the same latitude as some of the most famous wine regions in Europe.
Villa Yustina
Villa Yustina was founded in 2006 and created the first “Monogram” a year later. Their main goal is to produce still and sparkling wines from their own grapes and to develop wine tourism in Bulgaria.
