Villa Yustina was founded in 2006 and created the first “Monogram” a year later. The year 2008 was a famous one in the winery's history as they planted the first 20 hectares of their vineyards. By 2014, the hectares had doubled to 42 hectares.
With the help of the Euro Project in 2013, Villa Yustina built a completely new wine cellar, which is now an example of modern wine industry and enotourism in Bulgaria.
Villa Yustina's main goal is to produce still and sparkling wines from their own grapes and to develop wine tourism. As an experimental winery and showroom of “Tomika Metal” Ltd., they have the ability to produce different styles of wine using the last generation technologies.
Villa Yustina’s 42 hectare vineyards are located 4 km away from the winery, on a southern slope with an average altitude of 300 metres. The rows of vines have a northeastern exposure and grow in strongly calcareous soils. A range of varieties grow in these vineyards: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Aligoté, Gewurztraminer, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Mavrud and Rubin.
Villa Yustina winery has won numerous international wine awards, which are proof of competitive power in the world market.
