Born and raised in Turnhout, Belgium. Koen Janssens was brought up on food and wine from early age. Koen started Bink Wines in 2017, which produces minimal intervention wines from South Australia with low sulphurs.
The Hermit Ram
Theo Coles is the enigmatic wildman behind The Hermit Ram creations. His wines are raw and loaded with attitude. Little to no additions are utilised during the winemaking process as Theo attempts to get the purest expression of the vineyard into the bottle. The Hermit Ram is one of the poster boys of the NZ natural wine scene.

The estate is located in North Western Italy, in the hearth of Langhe area, on those vineyard landscapes recognised, in 2014, as UNESCO World Heritage for the exceptional universal value of the farming scenery.
