Thanks to the right balance of JDG, non-pasteurization (Nama) and original yeast, this sake contains rich flavor of rice and fresh fruity aroma (Ginjo-ka). This fresh fruity aroma is generated by Nihonsakari’s original yeast
This is a very surprising sake with fresh tropical aromas with a hint of Persimmon. Due to a high tech enzyme filter, it can be kept at room temperature without spoilage. Excellent value for money. Previously Known as "Nihonsakari Junmai Daiginjo Namazake".

Founded in 1889, Nihonsakari is based in the Nishinomiya sub-region of Hyogo. Water such as the famed Miyamizu, as well as the best quality Yamadanishiki rice in all of Japan are found in Nada

Junmai Daiginjo Sake is brewed using only rice, water, yeast and koji. There are no other additives. To qualify as a Daiginjo, the rice grain must be milled to 50% or less of it’s original size

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
