Sourced from 2 growers in Heathcote and Harcourt. 66% of fruit from Heathcote’s ancient Cambrian soils and the rest from the emerging (under-appreciated) region of Harcourt
Taste Profile: Known for lifted floral notes, red/purple fruit, spice, and fine tannins, receiving high praise (94-96 points) for its complexity, balance, and potential to age, often compared to Northern Rhône styles despite being Australian, made with significant whole bunch fermentation and neutral oak aging for purity
Winemaking Process: Uses significant whole bunches (around 70%) and is matured in large, neutral Stockinger oak and concrete eggs, with stainless steel before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
