Grape Varietals & Region: A Moscato based Vermouth from Turin in Asti, Italy
Taste Profile: Produced according to Giulio Cocchi’s original 1891 recipe, it was instrumental in the global revival of high-end vermouth. Known for its "baroque" and complex character, balancing a Moscato wine base with a rich library of botanicals
Intense notes of orange peel, cocoa, and rhubarb, with hints of camphor, rosemary, and menthol. A velvety, bittersweet balance. You'll taste raisins and citrus fruit alongside earthy spices like cinnamon, sandalwood, and musk.
Winemaking Process: A Moscato wine base with a rich library of botanicals - including Wormwood (Artemisia), cinchona bark, rhubarb, gentian, and citrus
To achieve its signature amber color and "crunchy" taste, sugar is browned over a fire (caramelized) before being added. This traditional method creates a cotton-candy roundness that balances the bitter herbs without the need for artificial vanilla
The aromatized wine is fortified with neutral beet sugar alcohol to reach 16% ABV. The final blend is aged in oak barrels for at least one year, allowing the diverse flavors to integrate and mellow before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
