A dry, light sake with medium body, showing butter, cream cheese, red apple, and honeysuckle. Made from Tochigi-no-Hoshi rice of Mashiko Town, it offers mild aroma, crisp acidity, and layered flavor, opening with buttery malt and unfolding into gentle fruity and floral notes. Elegant and versatile, it pairs with pizza, cured meats, shellfish, or oden and sashimi, best at room temperature or lightly warmed
The Nozomi series is a collection of unfiltered, pure rice sakes (16% ABV, no added alcohol) crafted to pair beautifully with meals. Each sake offers refreshing clarity, crisp acidity, and mellow, round sweetness—easy to enjoy yet elegant. Bo, the ruby sake (“ruby,” inspired by buono, meaning delicious), is a standout, showcasing the approachable and addictive flavors that define the series.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
