Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Gris, 20% Sylvaner & 20% Muscat, harvested with the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr, Alsace
Taste Profile: A fascinating wine that sits somewhere between white and red, with complex notes of red berries, dry spices and rose framed by faint tannins and a long, lingering saltiness.
Winemaking Process: A true field blend, all varieties were picked together, left to macerate for around four days, then left to rest outside in the elements for one year at which point the wine was racked to old barrels for a further two years of ageing, with no topping up at any stage.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
