Tenuta di Carleone Il Randagio 2021

A little “Guercio”, same winemaking, though instead of Sangiovese, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

Taste Profile: Nice and spicy, elegant, fresh dark berry fruit. Delicately scented on the nose, small red berries and orange zest. Lots of cherry on the palate, delicate, well-balanced, ripe, well-integrated tannins, savoury final

Winemaking Process: Hand harvested, some whole bunches, long maceration for 4 months, and aged in cemenet tanks for 12 months.
