Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Syrah from Saint Joseph in Rhone, France. The vines were planted between 1980 and 2000 with massale selection vines that yield small berries and compact bunches that almost resemble Pinot Noir
Taste Profile: It’s a fleshy, compact St-Jo bristling with inky density and whole-bunch aromas underpinned by sophisticated fruit and refined tannins.
Winemaking Process: The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts in a stainless steel tank with 60-100% whole-cluster. Following which, it is matured for 14 months in just two, mature, 225-litre oak casks

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
