La Perdida Malas Uvas White Vadeorras Galicia 2021 is a unique blend of 80% Palomino and 20% Doña Blanca grapes grown in the rugged and mountainous Vadeorras region of Galicia, Spain. This wine is characterized by its fresh and lively taste profile, with notes of citrus, green apple, and a touch of minerality.
The winemaking process for Malas Uvas involves the use of traditional techniques, including hand-harvesting, whole-cluster pressing, and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its lees for several months, giving it a rich texture and depth of flavor.
The winemaker behind La Perdida, Nacho González, is a former rock musician turned wine producer who is passionate about working with local grape varieties and preserving traditional winemaking methods. We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
