Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Aligote from Burgundy, France. Sourced primarily from high-altitude vines in the Hautes-Côtes (specifically Villers-Lafaye) and some in Nuits-Saint-Georges, ensuring freshness and aromatic precision
Taste Profile: A vibrant nose featuring green apple, citrus zest, white flowers, and hints of "citrus confit" and exotic spice. It offers a lean but rich texture with a slightly oily mouthfeel, balanced by high acidity and a "salty bite" or saline finish
Winemaking Process: As per the house style, the grapes are 100% destemmed. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation in stainless steel

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
