Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Bobal from Utiel-Requena in Valencia, Spain
Taste Profile: It has a cardinal red garnet colour and a medium-high layer. On the nose, toast, spices and coffee are present, together with mineral notes typical of the terroir, such as balsamic notes of Mediterranean forests and ripe red fruits. It has a broad, silky entry with an acidity that brings balance to the whole.
Winemaking Process: Once the maceration at 8ºC is complete, the first few days of the wine undergo a slow and uniform fermentation. It is then separated from its coarse lees to undergo malolactic fermentation in French and American oak barrels. After aging in barrels for 12 months, it is bottled and left to rest for a minimum of 12 more months to complete its refinement and roundness.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
