Grape Varietals & Region: 90% Niellucciu 10% Sciaccarellu from Corsica, France. The fruit is grown on clay & limestone soils in Patriminio
Taste Profile: An organic red wine from native varieties of Corsica, with aromas of ripe black and red fruits and a soft finish.
Fresh and vibrant nose, with beautiful notes of ripe red and black berries. Peperry and subtle herbal notes. Charming medium bodied wine, with plenty of red & black fruit and liveliness on the palate. The texture is savory yet elegant with very fine tannins.
Winemaking Process: Hand harvest, part whole bunch vinification with cold pre-fermentation. Fermentation with indigenous yeast, maceration with gentle daily pumping over. Aging in tanks for about 6 months, bottled without fining or filtration

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
