Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Palomino from Andalusia, Spain. It comes from the El Reventon vineyard, located in the pago of the same name (in Sanlúcar de Barrameda), where albariza de tosca cerrada is prevalent
Taste Profile: On the nose, it presents intense aromas of green apple and citrus, accompanied by a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with lively acidity and a smooth texture
Its aging under flor yeast imparts a unique character and special depth, making each sip a rich and complex experience
Winemaking Process: Manual harvesting and spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts are two fundamental practices at Cota 45 and are indispensable during the vinification of UBE El Reventón. The entire process takes place in old barrels between 70 and 150 years old

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
