Stolpman "Love You Bunches" Sangiovese 2021
A chillable, carbonic Sangiovese from the limestone hills of Ballard Canyon — built for pizzazz, not ceremony.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sangiovese, primarily from Block 5 with newer own-rooted Block 6 vines, grown in the limestone soils of Stolpman Vineyards in the Ballard Canyon AVA, Santa Barbara County, California.
Taste Profile: Fresh red berry fruit and cherries give way to lychee and pomegranate, with darker notes of plum and pluot, signature tartness and a lingering acidity — best served chilled.
Winemaking Process: Whole-cluster, native carbonic fermentation for 1–3 weeks in sealed round carbonic tanks and smaller transfer tanks, then aged for 3 months — 60% in stainless steel, 40% in barrel.
Winemaker: Stolpman Vineyards was founded by trial attorney Tom Stolpman and his wife Marilyn, who bought their limestone-rich plot in Ballard Canyon in 1990 after years spent searching for the right site near the coast, planting vines in 1992 and releasing their first commercial wine in 1997. Vineyard managers Ruben and Maria Solorzano, known as “La Cuadrilla,” have farmed the estate since 1994, and Tom's son Peter joined the family business in 2009, steering more of the fruit back into Stolpman's own wines rather than selling it off.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
