Pizzolato Spumante Moscato Dolce "So Easy" NV
La dolce vita in a glass, from one of Italy's first winemakers to go fully organic, back when almost nobody was asking for it.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Moscato from La Cantina Pizzolato's organic vineyards in Veneto, Italy, on loam soils enriched by stones the Piave river has carried down for centuries, with views out to the Dolomites. The estate has been certified organic since 1991.
Taste Profile: Yellow with golden hues and a persistent perlage. Opens with a fresh, inviting nose of sweet florals and yellow fruit jam, carrying through to a velvety palate with excellent balance between acidity and sweetness.
Winemaking Process: Grapes are handpicked, then crushed into a concentrated must and fermented in autoclaves using the Charmat method, temperature-controlled for at least 30 days until the wine reaches an internal pressure close to 4.5 atmospheres.
Winemaker: Settimo Pizzolato began working alongside his father Gino in 1981, the same year he committed the family estate to organic farming — one of the first Italian producers to do so as a deliberate philosophy rather than a marketing angle. The estate achieved USDA organic certification in 1991, and five generations later, Cantina Pizzolato remains built around that original decision: grow cleanly first, and let the wine express the terroir without shortcuts.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
