Taste Profile: Tangy & wild, with a vinou character making for a characterful sparkling.
Aromas of fresh-baked bread, green pepper, lime zest, white flowers, and hints of honeycomb or toasted nuts. On the palate, mineral driven with notes of slate, lemon rind, and "bruised" orchard fruits like apple and pear
Winemaking Process: Traditional method (méthode champenoise) sparkling wine, finished with zero dosage (Brut Nature). It often incorporates a "perpetual cuvée" (reserve wine) dating back about 10 years, which makes up about 30–40% of the blend to provide depth and consistency

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
