Grape Varietals & Region: Unlike earlier vintages which were majority Valdiguié, the 2021 edition is a more evenly distributed "eclectic" blend of Carignan, Valdiquie, Petit Syrah, Syrah, Pinot Noir & Tannat
Grapes are selected from organic vineyards across Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, and Suisun counties from California, USA.
Taste Profile: Soft, supple & deeply savory, it has bright acidity and layer after layer of nuanced fruit. Inviting and fragrant with aromas of blackcurrants, wild berries, violets, and cinnamon, accompanied by earthy notes of forest floor and mushrooms
Often compared to a light-styled Beaujolais, it is valued for its "thirst-quenching" quality and can be served slightly chilled to enhance its fruit vibrancy
Winemaking Process: Fermented in concrete vats with roughly 20-25% whole cluster inclusion to add spice and structure. Raised in a combination of older French oak barrels, puncheons, and concrete tanks to ensure transparency of the fruit

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
