Started in 1983, the vineyard is currently run by fifth generation brothers Julien & Maxine. The vineyard has a total of 45 plots across the Vallee de la Marne, and the brothers craft authentic & elegant Champagnes that have a richness & structure to them
Grape Varietals & Region: A blanc de noir Champagne from Meunier planted in 2002 in Les Grands Champs, a lieu-dit in the commune of Leuvrigny, just north of Festigny where the Fourniers have 0.88 of an acre of vines. From a selection of only the best Pinot Meunier grapes in the vineyard grown on a clayey soil with calcareous influences & light siliceous nuances.
Taste Profile: On the palate, it is juicy & lively, offering a perfect balance between tension & fruity fullness, with a long, savoury finish. Ideal for food pairing with rich, structured dishes
Winemaking Process: Half of this was raised in neutral 228 and 350L Burgundian barrels and half in steel over winter and bottled en tirage in April, to rest on its lees for a minimum of three years before disgorgement

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
