Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 60% Chardonnay & 40% PInot Noir from Montagne de Reims in Champagne, France. It comes from 2 distinct parcels: the Premier Cru Le Champ Jeanvrai in Trépail and the Grand Cru Les Maladries in Verzy
Taste Profile: Elegant notes of white flowers, yellow fruits, and "sweet oak" (vanilla, toffee), often balanced by a ribbon of black-fruit perfume. ON the palate, it is refined and precise, pulsing with fresh grapefruit, blackcurrant, and a touch of spice. It features a taut, chalky minerality and a saline finish typical of its terroir
Winemaking Process: 100% fermented and aged in 300L new oak barrels for 11 months, followed by 30 months of aging on the lees

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
