Graham’s Blend No. 5 White Port 2015
The first White Port built specifically to be mixed — floral and honeyed, unlike the savoury, wood-aged Whites that came before it.
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Gallego, two premium white Portuguese varieties selected by Graham’s head winemaker Charles Symington, grown in the Douro Valley, Portugal.
Taste Profile: Rather than the savoury, woody notes typical of white Port, Blend No. 5 is all floral, honey and citrus — so intensely aromatic it reads almost like a botanically flavoured wine. Medium-dry and deliberately built to mix well with tonic, though it stands up just as well on its own.
Winemaking Process: Hand-picked grapes are cold-fermented in small batches. Once the desired sugar level is reached — usually within 48 hours — neutral wine spirit at 77% ABV is added, raising the alcohol to 19% and halting fermentation. Bottled just 3 months after harvest to preserve freshness, in a micro-production run of fewer than 6,000 bottles.
Winemaker: Graham’s was founded in 1820 by brothers William and John Graham. In 1882, Andrew James Symington sailed from Scotland to Porto to work for the Graham family, beginning an association that would define the house’s future: in 1970 the Symington family bought W. & J. Graham’s outright, and it remains part of Symington Family Estates today — the largest vineyard holder in the Douro.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
