Willi Schaefer Graacher Riesling Trocken 2022

Willi Schaefer Graacher Riesling Trocken releases aromas of fresh apples, pears and other cool orchard fruits. Clean and light palate with a crispy acidity. The aromas follow through to the mouth, where it meets a slate minerality.

100% Riesling. Although Willi Schaefer is not well-known for their dry Rieslings, they are happy to make them when they have the grapes and the right conditions are met. The fruit comes from Willi Schaefer's Graacher vineyards in Mosel, Germany.

Produced in the large neutral oak barrels, racking a little earlier, kept on the fine lees all the way through to bottling in April.
