Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Dhroner Hofberg town of Mosel, Germany Classified VDP.Gutsweine. The fruit goes deep down in the cooler part of the Dhron valley

Taste Profile: A fresh, fruity but dry rose, with lots of strawberries on a tart cranberry core. Finishes mineral but elegant

Winemaking Process: The must is left on skins for 8 hours before pressing. The must then undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steek tank

Crisp & Dry Rosé

Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
