Gabrielskloof Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Grape Varietals & Region:Ā 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Bot River, South Africa
Taste Profile: Signature blackcurrant and flint aromas are boldly prominent with subtler notes of dried flowers and orange blossom. The palate is racy and fresh, with litchi and green pineapple, leading towards a saline, nori-like character. The zip and tang of fresh limes makes for a mouthwatering finish.
Winemaking Process: Fermented wild in stainless steel tanks and left on its lees for seven months before bottling
