Champagne Le Mesnil "Sublime" Grand Cru Brut Rosé NV
A growers' cooperative so respected that Krug, Salon, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Taittinger all buy its base wines — while quietly bottling some of the finest Grand Cru Champagne under its own name.
Grape Varietals & Region: 49% Chardonnay and 51% Pinot Noir, sourced from vines farmed by over 500 growers on the prestigious chalk slopes of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of only 17 Grand Crus in Champagne. The rosé is built by blending in a portion of red wine pressed from Pinot Noir grown across several Grand Cru terroirs within the village.
Taste Profile: Seductive aromas reminiscent of a summer breeze lead into a lovely fruity palate. A beautiful salmon-pink colour makes it an elegant Champagne, equally suited to an aperitif or carrying through an entire meal.
Winemaking Process: Méthode Champenoise with 36% reserve wine blended in for consistency and depth, disgorged in the Brut style.
Winemaker: Le Mesnil is the label of the Union des Propriétaires Récoltants, a cooperative founded in 1937 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger — a village classified 100% Grand Cru and among the most celebrated in the Côte des Blancs. Today its roughly 500 grower-members farm some 310 hectares across the village's finest slopes; the cooperative has long supplied prestige base wines (vin clair) to houses including Krug, Salon, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Taittinger, while its own cuvées showcase the same exceptional chalk terroir directly.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
