This wine is made by Cota 45, a small artisanal winery in Andalucía, Spain. The grapes are sourced from a single vineyard that is over 80 years old and planted on albariza soil, a type of soil that is rich in limestone and contributes to the wine's minerality.
Taste profile: On the palate, this wine has a lovely balance of acidity and minerality, with notes of citrus and green apple. It also has a distinctive nutty character, which is typical of Paganilla wines. This wine is a great match for seafood dishes such as ceviche or grilled shrimp.
Winemaking process: Winemaking for Cota 45 UBE Paganilla 2021 is done in a traditional way with minimal intervention. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in clay amphorae. The wine then undergoes aging for 9 months in the same amphorae, allowing it to develop a unique and complex flavor profile.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
