Domaine Arnaud Baillot is located in Beaune, the heart of the Côte d’Or. Arnaud Baillot is a young winemaker who has been working in viticulture since 2014. His philosophy is to produce pure and accurate wines in the respect for the terroir.
Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud teamed up with his wife Laure van Canneyt (grandaughter of Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat in Chambolle-Musigny) to produce a spectacular range of villages and crus Burgundy wines. Arnaud has been hands-on all along the way, selecting the origin of the grapes, overviewing the winemaking process, choosing the type of barrels and ageing time for each individual wine.
In 2017, Arnaud and Laure acquired a small vineyard in Côte de Beaune. This was their first step to having their own winery, Domaine Arnaud Baillot, which was complete in 2019. They now own a total of 4 hectares of organic vineyards in Beaune, Burgundy.
Their philosophy is to respect and promote the complexity of the Burgundy wine region while producing terroir driven wines.
