Coming from Neumagen-Dhron, one of the oldest wine villages in Germany, A.J. Adam cultivates five hectares of vineyards in steep and steepest locations. These include the Dhroner Hofberg, the Dhroner Häs'chen - a site which is the sole property of the winery - and the VDP.Grosse Lage Piesporter Goldtropfchen
A tributary of the Mosel, it was famous in the 1950s & 60s, before a generation of Moslaners left their birthrights and many famous but small vineyards were left untended and became relics of the past.
Andreas Adam restarted the family estate in 2000, Andreas Adam is almost single-handedly responsible for bringing the Dhroner Hofberg back to its former status as one of the great Grand Crus of the Mosel
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Riesling, Muller Thurgau & Bacchus from various parts of the Dhroner Hofberg in Mosel, Germany
Taste Profile: A great , fragrant nose with clear fruit; lemon, apricot and peach, underlined by fine spice and caraway. In the mouth, juicy fruit, stimulating acidity and good structure, with a very delicate hint of residual sweetness. A very harmonious and flattering wine, which at the same time has the right amount of spice, freshness and grip, thus avoiding any banality and leaving an impression full of character.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is pressed with stems, and undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
