A move to raise their children in the country in 1996 led to Cris & JoAnn Cherry beginning Villa Creek Cellars in 2001 to make wine for their restaurant. They aim to produce the best expression of west Paso Robles' Rhone grape varietals.

Villa Creek Cherry House White Blend 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 50% Clairette & 50% Grenache Blanc from Paso Robles in California, USA

Taste Profile: Aromatics of lemon, chamomile, white peach, and river rock. On the palate, yellow apple, under ripe pear, tea, spring peach. Snappy and bright with under ripe tree fruits and creme Fraiche.

Winemaking Process: The Clairette grapes fermented and aged in French oak (10% new) with full malolactic fermentation. The Grenache Blanc grapes are fermented and aged in neutral barriques with partial malolactic fermentation
