Description

Trail Estate Oh Julius 2023

Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of aromatic white grapes (L'Acadie Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling & Muscat) from Prince Edward County in Ontario, Canada. The fruit comes from 3 separate vineyards - Grimsby Hillside Vineyard, Appletop Vineyard, Fielding

Taste Profile: Zesty lemon juice with yeasty brioche notes and layers of grapefruit on the nose. The palate has flavours of pomelo with mid-palate weight and a fresh uplifting finish that encourages you to go back for another sip.

Winemaking Process: A blend of aromatic white grapes, fermented on skins for on average 5 to 10 days. Pressed, allowed to settle for a few weeks and then bottled unfined, unfiltered and unsettled
