Stags Leap District Cabernets made Napa Valley World famous after winning the Judgment of Paris in 1976. Often referred to a "valley within a valley", it's wine production dates back to the mid 1800s, it's small production means only 16 wineries have the privilege to call this region home. 

Taste Profile: A classic styled Stags Leap Cab; very young, rich and complex. A gorgeous defined nose, gushing with ripe currant and wild berry. The palate is at once smooth and rich, like a melting chocolate truffle with dark berry jam in its core that’s revealing extra dimensions of flavor. A wealth of fruit rushes through the lengthy finish with shades of cedar and cigar box.

Winemaking Process: Aged in new French oak (20 months) and then new American oak (12 months)
