Survivor Cellar Master Cabernet Franc-Merlot 2022
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Cabernet Franc (85%) & Merlot (15%) from Tradouw, South Africa
Taste Profile: A pronounced nose of redcurrant, dried cranberry and red plum, layered with plusher notes of mulberry and black plum that add depth and richness
On the palate the wine is dry, full-bodied and firmly structured, with refreshing acidity and fine-grained tannins supporting an intense core of red and black fruits that echo the nose, with a green-ness mirroring green peppers. Flavours of redcurrant, cranberry, plum and mulberry are balance in notes of cedar, earth and gentle spice, finishing long with a chalky, mineral-edged mouthfeel
Winemaking Process: After a 4 day maceration, the fruit undergoes extended extraction & fermentation on the skins before being pressed and MLF allowed to complete in tank and transferred later in 2019 into big 400 and 500 liter vats where it lay for 30 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
