Vino Sexto Elemento is a family project started in 2000 in Venta del Moro (near Utiel) and has become a benchmark for natural wines made in the Utiel-Requena area although they are not under the D.O

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Bobal from old vines planted in the clay soils typical of the Utiel-Requena area in Valencia, Spain

Taste Profile: Deep red color, with intense aromas of ripe black fruit, and hints of licorice, chocolate & toffee. The wine is fruity, with a balanced acidity and sweet, fleshy tannins.

Winemaking Process: The wine ferments spontaneously with natural yeast, and undergoes alcoholic & malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 12 months, undergoing frequent battonage
