Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Saperavi from vines over 50 years old. The vineyards are in Kakheti, Georgia
Taste Profile: A superb wine with intense, ripe flavours, elegantly dressed in a juicy frame. Here we can sense the ancient Georgian expertise, an exquisite bottle that will delight fans of strong, complex reds.
Winemaking Process: It is produced using a traditional millennial Kakheti method that involves fermenting the grapes for 21 days in Qvevri (an egg shaped terracotta vessel) and then leaving it for 12 months in French oak barrels without adding commercial yeast. This wine is bottled without filtration

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
