Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
This winery, which was founded in 1920, owns 17 hectares between the Secchia and Panaro rivers in the province of Modena. Of these, 15 hectares belong to the ‘Cristo’ vineyard, which is where the grapes used to make this wine, which was named after St. Agatha, the patron saint of Sorbara, come from. The vines grow on fresh, sandy loam soil (rich in organic substances) and are influenced by a continental climate (cold winters, very hot summers and rainy springs).
Taste Profile: A sparkling wine with a vibrant pink hue. On the nose, it features fresh aromas of raspberries and strawberries. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that accentuates its fruity notes. Its fine and persistent bubbles provide a pleasant texture, making this wine an ideal choice for any occasion
Winemaking Process: The fruit is gently pressed and directly vatted for alcoholic fermentation. Following this process, the wine undergoes a second fermentation following the Charmat method

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
