Orpheus & The Raven Conspiracy of Ravens Pinot Noir 2022
The name draws inspiration from the collective noun for ravens, with the label artfully playing on the twisted nature of the term “conspiracy.” Three ravens are bound together by a golden thread—one around the eyes, one around the ears, and one around the beak—symbolizing the timeless legend of see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Hidden on each side, two more ravens tug at the same golden thread, deepening the mystery and their silent conspiracy.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Ceres plateau in South Africa.
Taste Profile: Laden with the berry richness of blueberry, black currant, and wild cherry, it reveals more spicy layers of rhubarb and Szechuan pepper as it evolves in the glass, etched with aromatic notes of violets and lavender. Freshly tilled earth and dried porcini add a vivid savoury tone.
Winemaking Process: The grapes were fermented in open top fermenters, after which the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine was aged for 7 months in 3rd fill French oak barrels, after which the wine was sent to a a 1600 litre concrete egg to mature for an additional 8 months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
