In the heart of the Classic Valpolicella area, more precisely in the municipal district of Marano, the Vaona family has always made Valpolicella wines while preserving the traditional values that are the winery's hallmarks.

Odino Vaona Passito Bianco Monte de Luca 2018 375ML Demie

Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Garganega, Fernanda & Malvasia from Veneto, Italy.

Taste Profile: At sight it is straw yellow with amber rereadings. The scent is spicy and harmonious, reminiscent of peaches and bananas. On the palate it is warm, velvety, harmonious and sweet with notes of candied fruit and honey.

Winemaking Process: The production process involves drying of the grapes before pressing, and aging in steel containers and lasts about 1 year; the wine is then aged for another 4-6 months in the bottle.
